Return and Exchange Policy

However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with the products received, please adhere to the following guidelines for returns and exchanges, to ensure a seamless process.

Return Shipping Costs

When a return is necessitated by the consumer, the responsibility for the return shipping cost falls upon the consumer. The exact shipping cost is contingent upon the chosen courier service.

Note: Please refrain from returning items to the address provided on the waybill, as this corresponds to the carrier's warehouse address, and not our designated return address.

In the event of products being damaged or incorrect due to reasons attributable to DIPINON, we will promptly dispatch the correct or a new product. In such cases, consumers are not required to bear any costs to obtain the correct product.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please forward your request via email to our customer service department. Your email should include the order number, details of the issue you wish to address, and, if necessary, pictures of the product. Subsequently, you will receive an email from us containing the return address, which you will use for the return shipment.

Important Note

A tracking number is imperative to facilitate the return process. This aids us in tracking the status and processing of your return. Please be advised that the provided tracking number must be traceable.

All returned items should be in an unwashed and unworn condition, with original tags and hygiene strips unaltered. We are unable to accept items for return if they have been worn, torn, snagged, stained, or altered in any manner. The items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to your original account, whether it be your credit card or PayPal account. PayPal refunds will be expedited immediately, while credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days for processing. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification email confirming the reimbursement.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
